Paul Fair
Born and raised in Western Pennsylvania, Paul graduated from West Middlesex High School, IUP, and Duquesne University. He and his wife Lauren live in Neshannock Township, where they’re raising their three kids. As a small business owner himself, (GRIT Sports Performance), in New Castle, Paul understands the challenges other owners face — from managing costs to finding trustworthy solutions that actually help the bottom line. He’s passionate about helping local businesses keep more of what they earn and believes real progress starts with relationships, trust, and community-driven innovation.
Dom Joseph
A lifelong New Castle native, Dom graduated from New Castle High School and Westminster College. He and his wife Mandy live in Neshannock Township, where they’re raising their four children. Coming from a family of small business owners — and as a founder and active member of several local nonprofits — Dom knows firsthand the dedication it takes to keep a business and a community thriving. He’s passionate about helping local owners modernize their payment systems, lower costs, and strengthen the hometown businesses that keep Western Pennsylvania moving forward.
